FAQs

The process generally follows these stages:

  1. Document preparation and authentication
  2. University admission application
  3. Tuition payment after admission is granted
  4. Student visa application
  5. Travel to your destination country to begin studies

Your consultant will guide you through each stage based on your chosen country and academic level.

For Master’s level applications you will need:

  • WAEC certificate
  • Bachelor’s degree certificate
  • Academic transcript
  • English proficiency letter from your university confirming the programme was taught in English
  • International passport data page
  • Passport photograph

All academic documents must also go through the full authentication process outlined below.

For PhD applications you will need:

  • WAEC certificate
  • Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcript
  • Master’s degree certificate and transcript
  • International passport data page
  • Passport photograph
  • Statement of Purpose (SOP)
  • Research proposal or research topic

You must also be prepared for a one-on-one interview with the university and any entrance examination they may require.

WAEC verification confirms the authenticity of your certificate and is a mandatory requirement for admission into European institutions. For Poland specifically, the verification process goes through:

  1. Ministry of Education, Nigeria
  2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nigeria
  3. Embassy of Poland in Nigeria
  4. NAWA (Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange)

This process is strictly enforced and cannot be bypassed. Your consultant will guide you through it.

Once all documents have been verified and authenticated, admission processing typically takes 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the university, the city, and whether the institution is public or private.

Tuition is paid after admission has been granted — not before. Payment may be made per semester or annually, depending on the university’s structure and your financial capacity.

Many European countries permit international students to work part-time while studying, subject to immigration regulations and the policies of your institution. Your consultant will confirm the specific rules for your destination country.

In several countries, graduates may transition from a student visa to employment after graduation, depending on the immigration laws of that country and whether an employer is willing to sponsor you. This is commonly known as a post-study work pathway. Your consultant will advise you on the options available in your chosen destination.

Once your visa application has been submitted at the embassy, a decision is typically issued within 2 weeks. Your consultant will help ensure all documentation is in order before submission to avoid unnecessary delays.
